Do you need a professional-looking real estate web site but don't know where to start? You can start by checking out the Mosaic Technologies Web Design portfolio. Have you been disappointed by the outcome of your real estate website's functionality, database and design? The problem might be the limitations of a free website builder that you used - or it might be the limitations of the website development company that you hired to design and develop your website. What you need is a company that layers deep technical expertise, has strategic savvy and a flair for web design to help you launch an E-commerce web site with practical business solutions to meet your customized needs.
From ramping up or redesigning an existing site...to the comprehensive development of a new online enterprise...our Web Strategists, Programmers, and Designers will help you leverage your systems and other corporate assets with the dynamic potential of the Internet to strengthen your competitive advantage.
At Mosaic Technologies, we firmly believe in comprehensive project management. In fact, it is one of our key differentiators. From the very start, a creative team comprising a Director, Designer, and Programmer are selected based on the individual strengths and expertise each member brings to the table. All are dedicated to ensuring high quality and adherence to your budget. Your team will be led by a Client Services Manager who will be your main contact throughout the following process.
Please come to the kick-off meeting with samples of your current communications materials. To help you prepare, we compiled a list of discussion topics for you to review and be prepared to cover in this meeting.
Include annual reports, sales brochures, and ads, for example, along with information regarding the effectiveness of each. If a strategic plan exists, we'd like a copy as well. It is important to begin pulling content together prior to this meeting.
Once Mosaic Technologies receives your raw content, we will create an information architecture for your site. We require all content in the initial phase of the project to make sure that the content hierarchy we develop is as complete as possible. Guidelines for submitting copy, artwork, and other media assets will also be provided to you. (If the majority of content resides on an existing site, please prepare a written description of suggested changes along with any new content.)
We get to know your business. We review your goals and objectives for the site, your target audience, your competitors, and other relevant information. We create a design document and preliminary schedule. The complexity of your site may require additional services during this phase, including a needs assessment, strategic plan, or functional specifications.
Procurement, installation, and configuration of systems and assets now begin. Engineers step in to develop the user interface, database models, and subsets of application logic. Focus group testing occurs.
Alpha and Beta testing, along with quality control measures for content and functionality, are implemented. Testing and code reviews occur throughout the entire course of development.
Maintaining, administering, and documenting your system ensure its integrity.
Knowledge gained from the project is documented in order to guide future IT investments.
