We are pleased to announce that starting Monday, August 3, 2009, Mosaic Technologies will move entirely over to a Managed Network Services approach in delivering network maintenance service and support. Each of our existing Network Services Clients will have their current agreements reviewed and renewed to take advantage of the improvements in our MasterIT Managed Services program.
How does this benefit you?
The MasterIT Managed Network Services model is a more proactive service approach with a goal of providing the most possible uptime, with the least amount of issues over the longest period of time which also aligns our service goals with yours....maximize the uptime of your network.
The MasterIT Managed Network Services approach will introduce a number of new products and services which will dramatically improve your network infrastructure and our ability to provide monitoring, preventative maintenance, support and recovery services. Some of these products and services include:
- New Tier 1 Help Desk support available up to 24x7x365
- New Service Level Agreement (SLA) options that will further improve response times
- New Hardware As A Service programs that will ensure that your hardware is always current and compatible with the latest technologies.
- New "All You Can Eat" support options that will give you unlimited access to our Help Desk and Support teams.
- New MasterIT services such as Email Archiving, Reflexion Spam Filtering, Untangle Network Monitoring, Executive Work from Home Packages, and many more that will expand the usability and security of your network.
- New image based Backup & Disaster Recovery systems.
