Mosaic Principal, Jason Bach submitted an article titled "Web Site ROI - Capture the Customer" about Increasing the ROI of your web site, which has been published in the Washington and Baltimore Editions of Smart CEO Magazine.

This is the first opportunity Mr. Bach has had to contribute his expertise regarding Internet Services to a major publication, and he is very excited about the feedback he has received.
