IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Gaithersburg, MD - July 1, 2005 - Bach CyberSolutions, Inc. and Asystant Networking Services, Inc. announced today that they are in the process of formalizing a merger of the two companies.
Upon the completion of the merger the company will continue under the corporate name Bach CyberSolutions, Inc. however they will conduct day-to-day business using the trade name Mosaic Technologies.
About Bach CyberSolutions, Inc.
Bach CyberSolutions, Inc. was founded in 1994 as a small business consulting company that specialized in the migration of DOS based applications to the Windows platform.
Over the years, Bach CyberSolutions, Inc. has transformed itself into a full-service Internet Services company focusing on providing Web Hosting, Web Development and Search Engine Optimization services to it clients around the Washington DC metro area and throughout the country.
Bach CyberSolutions, Inc. was completely owned and operated by Jason Bach who will now be serving as a Principal in the newly formed company.
About Asystant Networking Services, Inc.
Asystant
Networking Services, Inc. was founded in 2001 by Scott Samborn. Asystant provided network administration services, server and workstation support and many other network services for its clients in Maryland, Virginia and Washington DC.
Scott Samborn will now be serving as a Principal in the newly formed Mosaic Technologies.
