Experience selling Infrastructure Solutions in the following areas is required: managed network services, backup/data protection and disaster recovery solutions; networking and security services and solutions; mail and messaging solutions; virtualization technologies; colocation services; web hosting; and related professional services.
We are looking for a Sales Executive to sell into commercial accounts in the Mid Atlantic area. The Sales Executive would be responsible for selling our services. We target small and medium-sized companies across all industries by means of prospecting, networking, marketing and working with our referral partners.
Your ability to sell managed services solutions, pursuing and/or closing new business, managing and maintaining existing business and developing relationships with C-Level executive management is a requirement.
Sales Executive
In this role you will be focused on targeted account penetration at the highest level within the Mid Atlantic area. In addition to new account penetration you will be responsible for the management of pre-existing accounts. Past experience in selling professional services around networking technology into the local market is a requirement. This job will span the full range of activities from prospecting, selling, closing, relationship management and account management.
Job Qualifications
- A track record of successful experience selling professional services to include both professional and managed IT services.
- Ability to open new accounts and hunt for business.
- Be skilled in managing multiple accounts that require a personal rapport.
- Comfortable and credible working as a virtual member of your customers technology team.
- Experience in positioning, managing and selling to C-level executive management.
- Experience selling Microsoft, Dell, VMware, SonicWall, Citrix, Juniper Networks equipment or services is highly preferred.
- Experience selling information security services is a plus
- Demonstrate a consultative sales approach with experience in constructing and delivering account specific technology plans.
- Have a strong track record in maintaining significant customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
- Sales experience in managed network services and related commercial IT solutions.
- Exhibit a high degree of professionalism.
- Display all of the personal qualities commensurate with this level of position.
- Presentation skills and the ability to present to mid/large audiences.
- Strong sales track record of consistently exceeding objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment is essential.
- You must have experience / ability to work in a small company environment.

Network Engineer Responsibilities
In this role you will maintain multiple client's networks and systems by providing both scheduled on-site and remote/telephone support. You will install, configure, administer and maintain servers running Windows 2K8, Windows 2K3, SBS, Exchange, SQL Server and other related network hardware.
You will also be responsible to:
• Install, configure, administer, and maintain servers running clients specific vertical applications as necessary
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows desktops and applications
• Install, configure, administer, and maintain network devices including firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless devices
• Perform routine maintenance activities such as checking backups, inspecting log files, monitoring of systems via our remote monitoring tools, etc.
• Plan and execute roll-outs of new systems, updates and new software
• Install & manage Anti-Virus, setup POP3 email accounts, upgrade operating systems, troubleshoot applications such as firewalls, and wireless networks
• Document work performed
• Provide estimates for a wide variety of technical tasks along with supporting cost detail for any recommended hardware or software
• Maintain a high level of satisfaction from the customers in terms of the technical support received
• Maintain your own schedule of appointments with clients
• Advise clients on technology requirements
Job Qualifications:
• Must be a seasoned network professional providing systems support for network infrastructure, server hardware and software and client systems
• Experience deploying and maintaining Windows Server 2000/2003, Active Directory, Backup Software, Security Software (AV, SPAM, Spyware)
• Experience installing and maintaining Exchange Server 2000 and 2003
• Experience with VPN and firewall setup, remote support
• Minimum of 3 years experience with Microsoft server technologies.
• Knowledge and experience with enterprise infrastructure
• Demonstrated understanding of networking concepts in a LAN/WAN environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot servers, networking hardware, application software, workstations and printers
• Must be able to communicate with client and foster a sense of trust and knowledge with client. |
