Mosaic Technologies, Inc. was formed on July 1, 2005 when Bach CyberSolutions, Inc. and Asystant, Inc. formally merged into one company.

Bach CyberSolutions, Inc. was Incorporated in 2000 and provided web hosting, colocation, web development and web site maintenance services.

Asystant, Inc. was Incorporated in 2003 and provided managed network services, remote backup service and desktop support.

Since the merger in 2005, Mosaic has grown significantly and has expanded their service offerings to include Agency services as well as Internet and Technology services.

In addition to traditional Internet and Information Technologies services, Mosaic is now focused on providing Technology Enabled Marketing to its clients which is the culmination of its Marketing, Internet and Network services divisions.
